Wonder if you remember me at all. I lived in Woodstock and you served there with Elder Slaugh (i think that was his name) Well on a whim I am going through the CTWM website and don’t I come across your name! Well I just felt compelled to say hi. I read your blog a bit. I am sorry you are going through what you are now. I have had friends in similar circumstances and can relate to a degree what you must be going through. Way I see it is if you could handle it once you can handle it again.

As for me, I got married back in 97 and have 2 kids. My oldest will be 11 this year and my youngest is 8. I work part time at a restaurant just while my kids are in school. My husband is a convert too. He is actually from Innerkip…..do you remember Innerkip??? His name is Shawn and he is great. He is in advertising sales. He didn’t join until after we were married but we have long since been sealed and life is pretty good. I live in Stoney Creek now which is beside Hamilton. My mom is still not a member and my sister who joined is now inactive and pretty much an athiest but what can you do. Not sure what is happening in the Woodstock branch. I don’t visit there often. I do know they moved. They have a phase one chapel over on Lansdowne. Much better than the old crappy diner on the way to Ingersoll!
