About Me

This is a continuation of a web journal I kept 5 years ago. It was never intended to be a continuation but for the whole story behind who I am you need to visit the old blog.

As far as I’m concerned there shouldn’t be that much of a line between what I do for work and the type of person I want to be, so I’m copying my bio from another blog I run for my professional life:

Learning is very important to me. In order to support my higher-education goals, I worked my way through school from ground zero with the following jobs:

What I enjoy doing with my knowledge:

  • Helping other people learn
  • Designing and building software and media that helps people learn
  • Sharing my knowledge with others

What I enjoy doing in my spare time:

  • Time with family and friends
  • Writing and performing music
  • Working with teenagers/youth
  • Bike riding
  • Serving in my church
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Reading
  • Playing with technology (actually my job and my school studies do a lot of that for me already)
